Two jacket quotations can show similar unit prices while covering very different work. A landed-cost worksheet makes the comparison useful by separating blank garments, branding, logistics and destination costs. Define the scope before ranking suppliers by price.
Use the same order specification
Send each supplier the same size mix, colors, artwork, decoration dimensions and destination. Record the quoted currency and payment terms. Check whether prices include packaging and labels or only the blank garment. If one quote allows a substitution and another does not, resolve that difference before treating them as equivalent offers.

Separate known charges from estimates
List confirmed garment and decoration costs alongside freight estimates and destination charges still to be clarified. Avoid presenting uncertain taxes or clearance costs as fixed facts. Ask the logistics provider to explain the delivery terms and who handles each stage. Keep the validity period of the quote visible so a later decision uses current information.

Include the cost of incomplete delivery
Consider whether split shipments or delayed essential sizes would create extra handling work. A cheaper offer is less attractive if the team cannot be equipped for its intended start date. Use agreed milestones and inventory confirmation to assess that risk. Do not assume ready stock means logo work and shipping can happen immediately.
